Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization - Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments - Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents - Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles - Process payroll and maintain employee records - Assist with tax preparation and filing - Utilize accounting software to record and track financial transactions - Perform 10-key typing for data entry purposes - Adhere to governmental accounting regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles - Proficiency in accounting software such as Quicken or QuickBooks - Knowledge of tax regulations and procedures - Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry - Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus - Ability to generate detailed financial reports using various software applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
