Now Hiring:
Full-Time HR Director
Responsibilities:
Assist department heads in recruitment of new hires and retention of staff.
Complete onboarding and facilitate orientation with all new hires.
Mediate all labor related issues within the facility.
Oversee payroll, Workman's Compensation, FMLA and Disability.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with peers.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required Complete Care at Corsica Hills is an equal opportunity employer.
